Brand: Ocean Pacific
Model: Op
Year: 1989
Features: Gnarly graphics
As one of the most prominent surfwear companies in the surf industry at the time, Ocean Pacific couldn't be left in the dust. They joined the bodyboard market by offering a model of their own. Aptly named the Op model, the board was actually built by Eliminater and shared many of the same features of other Eliminaters: an Arcel core, a marine vinyl deck, and a rigid vinyl bottom. Ocean Pacific only offered the short-lived model for one year, pulling out of the industry by 1990.
