The 140 was similar to its predecessors with the Baha'i numbering scheme: shaped foam core, a polyethylene top skin, and no bottom skin. The difference is that in the earlier years of production, this style board was the only type offered by Morey Boogie. By 1983, more advanced boards -- the Mach 7-7 and the Pro-Line Red Edge -- had been introduced to the bodyboarding world.
