The Mach 7-X took the classic Mach 7-7 to a new level by giving it a major upgrade: X-Flex Core. The X-Flex Core was a rubber mesh system designed by Morey to provide superior projection, flex, and response properties throughout the entire board. The second generation Mach 7-X reflected the changing times by switching from vibrant colors to solid black with a dark green tail. The new logo also reflected the company's new, more sophisticated identity: Morey Bodyboards.
